Since my last post about children’s birthday parties, I have received so many more “what to do” questions. Hope this follow up post helps answer some of them!
I’m still trying to decide what to wear for Easter. I’m leaning toward this white dress I recently purchased at Nordstrom. I have a couple luncheons this Spring and thought this could be worn several different ways with fun jewelry and shoes.
Let me preface this by saying: I am not a Bible expert! We have just received a lot of children’s Bibles and gift books over the years. And with Easter, and probably a lot of baptisms coming up, I thought it’d be fun to share the Bibles and bible gift books that we’ve loved over the years and why.

Last year, whenever I would walk past True Food Kitchen in the Plaza at Preston Center, I would be drawn to these herb planters. I have no idea why they appealed to me, but they just did! A few days ago I noticed they were back out and I just had to figure out where to find these cool planters. In my hunt, I found so many neat planters for herbs or other beautiful plants. Hence, today’s “Friday Focus”! Plus, I have some incredible deals for y’all below!
