I’m thrilled to partner with Nordstrom today to share the shoes in my fall rotation right now. These six pairs of shoes take me from day to night and to just about any occasion!

I have so many readers tell me (and it surprises and flatters me every time!) that they trust DoSayGive to tell them what essentials to buy for their wardrobe. Since I know a lot of y’all are visual people I thought it would help to have my go-to shoes together in one shot (above). These are the shoes I plan to get the most use out of this fall and winter. Some of these you might want to drop as hints for Christmas gifts!

1.Leopard Shoes

Whether flats or heels (whatever you wear more), leopard print shoes are great for a closet full of neutral sweaters and tops. When I pair with jeans and a solid color sweater or blazer, these leopard flats add a little interest to my outfit and make me feel a tad bit more pulled together for a teacher meeting or lunch with friends. Note: the most comfortable flat ever (see #5!) also comes in a leopard print.

2.Brown Boots

I bought these recently because the tall brown boots I had been wearing were about 4 or 5 years old. (Tip: you can stretch out the life of your leather boots by taking them to the cobbler each year!).

I started liking the waterproof Blondo brand after I bought these booties last year (and still wear often!) so that’s why I chose this brand for my new brown boots. Plus, I wanted the riding boot style again. Brown boots – short or tall – are great with floral fall dresses, skinny jeans and a sweater or blazer, and a cozy cape as seen in this post.

3. Black Heels for Fall/Winter

My black pumps needed replacing, too, and these pretty Sam Edelmans fit the bill. Perfect for church, a party, or a dressier dinner. I liked the suede but they also come in leather.

4. Duck Boots

Everyone needs a good pair of rain boots in the fall and winter. I also have some old Hunter Wellies (might ask for new ones for Christmas!) but I tend to wear my duck boots more because they are easy to pull on in the morning rush (no tying!) and are super warm. Mine are from last year but Nordstrom has some great new duck boots again this year.

5. The Most Comfortable Flats Ever!

I styled these in yesterday’s post. My friend has been telling me I need these Sam Edelman shoes for over a year. (Gift idea side note: she said her mom buys a pair of these for all the girls in her family every year for Christmas!). These have a little padding in them so you I can wear all day long without even noticing.

I bought the brown ones because I wanted them to coordinate with the Rebecca Minkoff tote I’ve been carrying, but Nordstrom has them in 16 pretty colors including black, animal print, merlot, and several suedes!

6. Neutral Pumps

Everyone needs a good neutral pump to wear year round. I like these Ivanka Trump block heels, but if your budget can handle it, you could go with a Stuart Weitzman pump or the glamorous Valentino rockstuds.

Okay, what’s on my wish list? I want some vintage-esque New Balance sneakers to wear on super casual days. Maybe for Christmas! Here are some you might want to add to your holiday wish list:

Remember, Nordstrom has free shipping and free returns. You can order a few sizes and return the ones that don’t fit. Shopping from the comfort of your own home is the best!

Thanks so much to Nordstrom for sponsoring this fun shoe post. As always, all outfits are selected by me and all opinions are my own!
