Blogger Favorite: Cream Lace Dress!

Blogger Fave: Cream Lace Dress!

Wear

Megan_Weaver_03bLast weekend I attended a conference with some of the top fashion bloggers in the world. (More on that in an upcoming post!). Being surrounded by all those fashionistas it was so fun to see what everyone was wearing. If there was one trend I saw over and over again those few days it was the cream lace dress!

nordstrom lace dressI fit right in with this dress from the NIC + ZOE line at Nordstrom. It was comfortable enough to wear to meetings but also chic enough for the luncheon held for all the bloggers.

Technically it’s called a shift dress, but it definitely has a little more swing to it than your average shift dress. I loved pairing it with my favorite espadrilles wedges also from Nordstrom.

The cut of this NIC + ZOE dress is one that will fit most body types and fits true to size (mine is a size small). Note: this darling dress also comes in petite sizes.

nordstrom nic + zoe dressIf you remember in yesterday’s post I shared that I bought two of those versatile four-way cardigans also from the NIC + ZOE line at Nordstrom. I have only had this sandshell color a few weeks but I have already worn it so many times! It’s a lovely neutral that goes with just about anything (and was perfect for those freezing conference rooms!)

nic + zoe lace dress If you missed yesterday’s post, here are four ways to wear this genius cardigan. It would be a great piece to add to a capsule wardrobe. Bonus: it comes in 10 colors!

nic + zoe sweaterIf you are thinking about adding a few key pieces to your wardrobe this season, this cream lace dress will serve you well – whether it’s for church, dinner, a luncheon. You could even wear this to the office with a cute navy blazer. Honestly, I will throw on some cute flat sandals for an easy day time look this summer. (We ladies in Dallas wear a lot of dresses during the summer – coolness is key when it’s 105!).

Thank you to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post!
