Y’all know I love making things super easy for my readers. With today’s post you can get your child’s teacher gifts easily checked off your list. Many of these ideas are perfect for friends and sisters, too!

First, I want to show you some of my favorite gifts from two of DoSayGive’s Holiday Gift Guide sponsors. Every teacher needs a BIG tote to carry their things to and from the classroom, especially on the weekends when they take things home to grade (bless our sweet teachers for working long hours!).

theplaidpig toteThis tote from The Plaid Pig is such a great price at $38 with a herringbone pattern that is appealing to just about any taste. It’s also great for the beach or lake – so versatile AND so big!

The Plaid Pig has so many cute personalized gifts for holidays so definitely browse their extensive selection of thoughtful gifts.teacher tote

Another gift that would be so sweet for teachers at a Christian school like my daughters is a beautiful Write the Word Journal ($15) from Lara Casey. Each page has place for writing out a suggested Bible passage and then a page to record your thoughts and prayers about the passage or whatever is on our heart that day. (Sometimes Scripture sticks so much better when we write it out, don’t you think?!). These are sooo popular and already sold out in two colors so act fast if you want one!

Here are some more of my favorite teacher gifts in several price points:

At the end of last school year I wrote an entire post about how to give the best teacher gifts. A few quick thoughtful tips from it:

  • Gourmet gifts –  Always nice! But think about giving something that can freeze well or lasts for several weeks (like these caramels). Of course, be aware of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Gift cards – Always welcome! Consider to stores with a large selection such as Nordstrom, Target, or even a mall gift certificate (Northpark Gold in Dallas is a teacher fave!). Restaurant gift cards are great, too, purchase onto a restaurant that’s convenient to him/her not necessarily close to the school (unless it’s a great place to grab  lunch!).  You can get many gift cards on Amazon!

Homemade/handmade gifts are lovely, too. Browse DoSayGive’s Homemade Christmas Gift Pinterest Board for the cute and affordable ideas I pinned!

I included a few male teacher gifts on here, but also browse my Gift Guide for Him for a great range of ideas! And, of course, browse the full DoSayGive Holiday Gift Guide anytime for tons of gift ideas for everyone on your list. Click below.
