Be Lovely at Night

Be Lovely at Night

Give

When I feel myself tending toward sweatpants and t-shirts a little too much, I try to freshen up my nighttime attire by adding a few pretty pieces. So in honor of Valentine’s Day I thought it would be fun to pull together a post of beautiful lovelies to wear at night.

I think it is so important to “not let yourself go” as my grandmother used to say. In other words, we should always try to look our best – day and night. Not that I don’t love my comfy lounge pants, but it’s true that I feel so much better about myself when I am wearing a pretty nightgown or a beautiful robe.

I am sure many of you feel the same way but, honestly, it takes a lot of of effort to find things to wear at night that are: a) comfortable and b) not tacky, don’t you think?

So I have done the work for you and found pretty nightgowns, robes, bras, and night shirts (my favorite!) for you to browse. Many of these are very feminine, yet still comfortable (a combination I like!)

I have broken my finds into several categories:

Short Nightgowns:

Pretty yet Comfy:

One-Piece Intimates:

(Okay, forgive me for putting the $900 La Perla bodysuit, but I just had to…I mean, who buys that??? It is beautiful, though…)

Bras/Panties:

(I know women are particular about these but I just had to show you some pretty ones I found…)

One more thing, Hanky Panky is offering FREE SHIPPING on everything right now.

A thought: this might be a post to forward on to your husband. (I am all about helping men become better gift-givers so please help me to do that!).

What do you think of my “be lovely at night” selections? Hope you find some pretty things to add to your chest of drawers.
