Easy Holiday Hor D’Oeuvres with Empire Baking Company

These appetizers are great to take along to a party or for last-minute get-togethers with friends (the best kind!).

Pimento Cheese Crustini

Ingredients:

  • Empire Baking Company Pimento Cheese (at least two containers – or use your own recipe!)
  • 1 Load of Empire Baking Company Pain au Levain Bread (sliced)
  • Stonewall Kitchen Maple Onion Bacon Jam (in-store or find it here or here)
  • Scallions, chopped (green and white parts)

Grill or broil bread until toasted. While warm, spread a layer of pimento cheese on top of the bread slices. Put a small amount of Maple Onion Bacon Jam on top and spread. Top with scallions.

 

Artichoke Parmasean Dip

Ingredients:

  • Empire Baking Company Artichoke Dip (at least two containers)
  • Shredded Parmasean Cheese
  • Empire Baking Company Mockingbird Crisps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place dip in an oven proof dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.

 

Cherry Tomatoes Stuffed with BLT Dip

Ingredients:

  • Empire Baking Company BLT Dip
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Chives, Chopped

Using a small serrated knife, thinly slice a piece off the bottom of the tomato so it sits flats. Cut the top 1/4 of the tomato. Using a grapefruit spoon or a  paring knife, remove most of the tomato pulp. Stuff the tomato with the dip using a small spoon or piping bag. Top with chives.
