October is just a few days away. Are you ready? I’m sharing a few of my fall decor favorites today, including the {best} fall candles.

I recently re-styled the bookshelves in my office (need to do an entire post on that!). It was fun to color coordinate my books and  find beautiful monochromatic frames. To bring in a little autumn happiness into my work space I added this hand-painted chinoiserie pumpkin.

It is from Indigo Home Shop, a company that has been featured in Town & Country magazine, and is a special decor piece I will bring out year after year. Indigo Home Shop is still taking orders for November delivery. It would also be a beautiful gift for mom from all the children to say thanks for hosting Thanksgiving!

Now for my favorite fall candle! Over the past week or so I have been on the hunt for the perfect fall candle. Nothing too pronounced but something that makes my house smell like the warm and cozy feeling I want to feel with fall.

And I have found this perfect candle in this Pottery Barn Harvest Spice candle. (Full credit goes to my sister for telling me about it!).

I don’t know about you, but I like to have a candle (or candles) burning in the evening. It helps to ease the stressful tone of weeknights and makes a home, well, feel like home.  The bronze glass vessel in this candle seamlessly fits into my decor and the hints of pumpkin, spice, and cinnamon are just the right amount for me.

And good news, if you order on Pottery Barn’s website you get the online price of $39 (reg. $49) plus free shipping. On that note, I was at Pottery Barn in Dallas yesterday and they only had two candles like this left in stock so you might just want to order online anyway!

I did my research and pulled other fabulous fall candles in all your favorite brands. Plan ahead and think about what gifts you need for fall:

One more thing. My Pottery Barn pumpkin wreath sells out every year by early October. It should shouts everything I love about fall – leaves and pumpkins and pretty colors.
