The BEST Friend/Teacher/Family Gift Under $10!

I have been busy gathering great holiday gift ideas for my readers and this calendar is by far one of my favorite gifts for both its price ($9.99!) and its practicality. I wasn’t planning on posting this gift yet but it is already selling out in stores!

Until earlier this year, we have never had a wall calendar in our kitchen. I had my own personal calendar and was good with just that. But then my daughter starting asking me questions like “How much longer until my birthday?” or “How many more weeks until we see Mimi?” Over and over and over again.

Then it dawned on me: This child can read. She can count. Why do I not have a calendar on the wall so she can figure out herself when all these things are happening?!

I don’t like a lot of junk on my walls, so that’s probably why I never had a wall calendar in my kitchen before. But I found this large calendar with it’s clean, craft-paper look and thought it would be perfect for my kitchen.

This calendar has been so helpful for my children to be able to look ahead to the week and month ahead and see what activities we have coming up. We will also tape invitations we receive in the mail to the side of the calendar and it makes it even cuter!

Well, these Sugar Paper calendars are back for 2015. They would be so cute in a playroom, home office, dorm room, classroom, or even a cubicle!
